By accessing or making a purchase on printops.store, you agree to the conditions outlined herein. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time to reflect changing regulations or operational practices.

2. Pricing & Botanical Accuracy

All prices are indicated in Euros (€) inclusive of applicable taxes. While we take every effort to photograph and represent our plants authentically, living botanical items naturally exhibit unique variations in leaf shape, stem structure, and coloration.

3. Order Fulfillment & Delivery

Orders are dispatched with utmost care from our nursery facilities. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation followed by real-time tracking details as your package leaves our fulfillment center.

4. Payment Options

We support secure Cash on Delivery (COD) as well as certified encrypted payments. When opting for Cash on Delivery, payment is collected in cash upon physical receipt and verification of your order.

5. Limitation of Liability

PrintOps Greenstore shall not be liable for indirect damages resulting from natural plant life cycles after delivery, provided that care instructions and acclimatization guidelines are properly followed.
